To register for summer camps
Step 1. Reserve spot(s)
Since camp space is limited, please reserve a spot(s) or check on availability before sending payment. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received.
Please provide the following information:
- Name of the camp (s)
- Camper's first name and last name
- Age
- Your best contact phone number
Step 2. Make a payment
Your spot(s) will be confirmed as soon as payment is received. Your payment indicates that you understand and agree with the policies below.

Please write your camper’s name and camp(s) in the comment space.
- Check (payable to Hua Nian)
Please write your camper’s name and camp(s) on the memo space, mail or drop to Hua Nian, 1308 South Race Street, Urbana, IL 61801
Camp Policies
• Once a camp is full, there will be a waiting list. I will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available.
• I will send detailed information about each camp one or two weeks before it starts.
• If a camp has to be cancelled for any reason, your payment will be refunded in full.
• Refund policy: If you must cancel, please contact me as soon as possible, hopefully, a person on the waiting list may fill the space. A full refund request must be made 2 weeks before start of the camp. A 50% charge of the camp fee will apply if the cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks before start of the camp. There will be no refund 1 week before the start of the camp.
• You understand that there could be certain risks of physical injury, damage, or loss as a result of participating in one of these camps. In acceptance of your child’s registration, you relinquish all claims you may have against the camps and the instructor as a result of participating in this program.
